The Mozzarella, semi-soft cheese, is ideal for giving long stretching filaments to cheese preparations and to decorate pizzas, gratins and pastas. Its firm texture allows easy shredding. The Emmental, a medium-hard cheese, is ideal to decorate gratins, pasta and ready-cooked dishes. Its firm texture allows an easy grating or cutting into cubes.
